Can't keep an eye on the works? We will.
Between work and everyday life, few people can get to the site regularly. Bianca does it for you: she visits the site, checks that each part is being built properly and as designed, and keeps you up to date on the decisions that need you.

Request a proposalCan I renovate just one room?
Yes. We renovate any room on its own (bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, living room or another) without having to touch the rest of the home.
Can I hire just a consultation or just the design?
Yes. A consultation is the lightest option: recommendations to help you decide, always with a written report. With design only, you receive the complete design to get quotes and build with whoever you choose.
Can I do the works in stages?
Yes. You can start with one room and continue when the budget allows. We agree with you the order that makes most sense.
Do you work on houses?
Yes. We renovate the interiors of apartments and houses, new or old, as well as commercial spaces.
Do you design custom furniture?
Yes, when the right piece doesn't exist off the shelf. We design it with the rest of the project, to fit the space and the way you want to use it.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, the size and the materials. The first conversation is free and without obligation. You then receive a proposal with the scope, stages and costs set out before we start.
Which areas do you cover?
In Greater Lisbon and nearby: Lisbon, Cascais, Oeiras, Sintra, Amadora, Loures, Odivelas, Mafra, Almada, Seixal, Sesimbra, Setúbal and neighbouring areas. If your space is elsewhere, get in touch.
What if the works need council approval?
We handle it for you. During the visit we check whether the works need a permit or prior notice; Bianca, an architect registered with the Portuguese Order of Architects, prepares the design and follows the process with the council.
