Request a turnkey proposalWhat does the turnkey service include?
Design, planning, supplier coordination and site management through to handover. The proposal sets out who does each part, the stages and the agreed results, so you know from the start what is included.
Do I need to be on site?
No. We visit the site, check the work follows the design and keep you up to date on progress. Any decision that is yours to make is always taken with you.
What if the works need council approval?
We handle it for you. During the visit we check whether the works need a permit or prior notice; Bianca, an architect registered with the Portuguese Order of Architects, prepares the design and follows the process with the council.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the size and scope of the works. The proposal sets the deadline for each stage, and we keep track of the schedule with the contractor and suppliers through to handover.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, the size and the materials. The first conversation is free and without obligation. You then receive a proposal with the scope, stages and costs set out before we start.
